Kati's career has been fueled by a personal passion for climate action and social equity. She's worked across the public and private sector in the United States, China, and Europe leading projects on sustainability strategy, strategic communications, workplace design + construction, public-private partnerships, and sustainability reporting. She's also created internal communications programs and managed project teams in 20 countries. Most recently, she led Meta’s sustainability internal engagement and communications program, overseeing the Meta Sustainability Council, and managing cross-functional working groups focused on climate, strategic positioning, ESG and circularity.
